On January 18, 2015, the "National Enterprise Brand Evaluation Conference and the 2nd China Enterprise Five Star Brand Forum" was held at Diaoyutai Hotel in Beijing. The forum was jointly organized by China General Chamber of Commerce, China Productivity Society and China Consumer Protection Foundation, with the theme of "Implementing the strategic policy of strengthening the brand to help the brand certification to set sail". Representatives from nearly 100 large and medium-sized enterprises, including Delixi, CSR, China Buyang Group, Xinjiang Guotong Pipeline, Xinjiang Xiangdu Wine Industry, Mengjingyuan, Jiangling Automobile, Aucma, Ander Logistics, Wuliangye, etc., were present at the forum.
The event took the form of "Roundtable Dialogue", discussing topics such as "The Road of Chinese Enterprise Brand Development" and "Internet Financial Crowdfunding".
In order to implement the national policy of "strong brand" and further promote the national standard of brand evaluation, the CNCA approved the expansion of the certification of Beijing Wuzhou Tianyu Certification Center on September 17, 2014, "Brand Evaluation Certification for Commercial Enterprises". This is the first implementation of third-party brand authority certification in China. The certification is based on the national standard of "Commercial Enterprise Brand Evaluation and Corporate Culture Construction Guide". The core content of the standard for business, corporate brand evaluation indicators and scores, out of 1000 points, divided into "ability, quality, reputation, corporate culture, impact" and other 5 primary indicators, 17 secondary indicators, 52 tertiary indicators. The evaluation results are divided into four levels: a total score of 950 points or more for five-star brands; 900 points or more for four-star brands; 800 points or more for three-star brands; and 700 points or more for two-star brands. The first batch of enterprises to obtain the "five-star brand" certification are: Delixi Electric Co. Ltd., Shandong Lingong Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. and Ande Logistics Co.
